Order Process Time
Everything that comes out of the Pirate Bracelets Treasure Chest is made to order this means it can take a few days to make your treasures depending on how much rum we’ve been drinking! Avast ye the maximum time it takes to leave our ship is 3 days.
UK orders
International Orders - ordered through Etsy only follow the link below.
Sent via Royal Mail Standard International - international shipping fees are subsidised by us to align with our free UK shipping offer.
Europe - £3.20 - Royal Mail will aim to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days
World zone 1, 2 & 3 - £4.50 - Royal Mail aim to deliver to these world zones in 5-7 working days.
Tracked & Signed - £10.00 - You can upgrade to ’Tracked & Signed’ delivery if you wish for a more secure postal service. The aimed delivery times are still the same as above however they are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.
*Please be aware that all shipping times are not guaranteed and can something take longer. These times are also after the processing time of up to 3 days unless otherwise agreed.
& please also note we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products so take this into account when you place your order & choose your shipping service.
Postal Delays & Undelivered Orders
Just like on the high seas, every now and then things don't quite go as planned. If you have concerns with your delivery time or think your order may have been lost on its journey please make contact as soon as possible by emailing ahoy@piratebracelets.com so we are able to help out if we can.
Please be aware that international orders can be delayed by up to 4 weeks if there are any hold ups at customs. Therefore we are not able to track them through Royal Mail until they have been delayed by 20 working days for Europe, or 25 working days for World zones 1-3.
Returns & Exchange
Personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.
For ‘off the shelf’ (un-personalised) items you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, for a full refund, shop credit or exchange, but you will be responsible for return postage costs.
Customers must contact the Pirate Bracelets Crew before returning an item by emailing ahoy@piratebracelets.com and a postal address will be provided for returning the item.
You are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items.
